(R.I.P.)- Okay so we all are pretty aware now that it is true, Michael Jackson is dead, so, I wanna know, how does that make you all feel? Were any of you fans of his, did you like his music? I mean most of us grew up on his music, so we all have to have certain memories of this man, and his music, and just his status as one of the greatest pop culture icons in the world. How has his music/life/dancing effected you? Where were you and how did you find out that he had died? Just leave replies, telling us how you feel about the whole situation and the man hisself. I'm sad that Michael Jackson has died. I got really upset, even weeped a few tears when I first heard about it. I've always listened to his music and it makes me sad that there will never be anymore.

I hate how people keep joking about his death, as well as acting like they're glad about it. Like, sure, people are entitled to their opinion of MJ, but I believe it's just insensitive and cruel to make jokes out of someone's death, no matter who they are.

Not to offend anybody, but i think that he has been on the news for to long. Yes, it is sad that he died, but he almost did it to himself. I think that it is terrible that you can mourn a celebrity, but children die every day, and this goes unnoticed.

dude i totally agree, its not like anyone hear new him personally. just because he was famous doesnt mean he is better than anybody else that dies daily.

That is true, and very sad, but people are aware of it, and there's ways of helping them if we just would... but the thing is, Michael was a great inspiration to people around the world, and had such a huge part in our lives as we grew up. I respect your opinion though and understand where you're coming from.

Well, he's only been dead for less than a week, so I don't know why so many people are complaining over still hearing about it. People are just gonna have to get used to it, he was a world known celebrity, so we're gonna be hearing about it for a while.

There's no doubt about it that people die every day and all the time, but the difference between them and MJ is, billions of people have listen to, watched and have been hearing about him ever since he was a kid. A lot of people grew up on his music, so I don't see how it's terrible to mourn him instead of the unknown people who die every day. Sure, it's sad, but they had no personal affect on you in any way.

The fact is; hate him or love him. He was the king of pop, and unfortunately.. we won't ever have any other kings of music that has made such an impact to the world, and people (putting aside all his court actions). Saying this, the other king of music being elvis had died a while ago.

I think people need to stop being so disrespectful about him.. I was on youtube the other day and seen some very mean, and just plain cruel comments that some people had left about him. "What was his last words?;;Take me to a children's hospital." "He's going to that big boys room in Heaven." And about his funeral arrangements: "They're just going to haul him around in a hurse till he turns black again."... I know he most definitely wasn't the best person in the world, but even the most brutal murderers out there deserve atleast some respect after dying. And Michael's dad needs to be bitch slapped, for the way he treated Michael and all of his kids when they were growing up... And the way he's handling this whole ordeal, using his death as publicity. It's fucking pathetic. Whether he realizes or knows it or not, it's own fault for how Michael turned out the way he did. Just saying.

I heard that some fans have committed suicide because of MJs death. That is so sad! I don't understand how you can be so obsessed with a person that doesn't even know you. It's kind of crazy, and really sad.

Anyways, I think it's sad that he died. It's said when anybody dies.
