Most definitly... here's something I wrote, so tell me whatcha think..

Today I awoke with high spirits and glee,
For I was alive yet again and did not die in my sleep,
A fear that torments me but one i must accept,
For we all live with a scarce thought and countless unthinkable regrets,
An appropriate reminder never hurt a soul,
But day to day fear will eventually take a toll,
So be bold, and face that which you'd rather not,
A cointained and sheltered mind in time will decompose and rot,
So excersize and exert, explain and research,
Obtain facts, ignore heresay, and put your body to work
