I'm not sure if this is the same for everyone else, but entering a room seems to be very temperamental and time consuming. It takes, roughly, a five to seven minute period to connect to a room - though that's if I'm lucky. Usually it takes five to seven minutes for me to be told my connection to the server has been lost, and that I should try again in sixty seconds over and over again.

According to the people I've asked, this isn't just a problem I'm having. Is it a problem on your end?

Yes this will happen in particular with the very well populated rooms when people are connecting from slow or unstable internet connections. Satellite connections are notorious for suffering from this problem and can seldom connect. If your using dial up you are best to stick to rooms with less than 30 people in them. Future updates dan will be working on soon will ease this, but generally most people are getting better connections all the time so it should not be a problem for many people.
